Writer's spotlight

My interview with Underneath the Juniper Tree is up and ready to read! Go, go, go!!!!

Most satisfactory, indeed. :)

I'm working on a spooky old west sorta deal for a friend's zine down in Buenos Aires, but when it's finished I'll be posting it here, first.

M.I.A.

Back up in yo' ass with the resurrection!

Evidently, turning 25 means your life becomes a whirlwind, and you're jettisoning around all over the place.

Hi there.

I'm taking this slightly sickly moment to update this little spot of the interwebz. It's been a month. Let's get to it!

First things first.

The third and final part of my short story, Orphanage, was posted in Underneath the Juniper Tree's February edition. I love how the story came out, and am proud of all the artists who collaborated with UtJT's editors in bringing the story to a wider audience.

Mayra Milk and Ivy Martin can now live happily ever after, with their routine visits to the haunted cemetery.

A couple weeks from now, UtJT will be posting a writer's spotlight on me, so you can plan on it being posted here, as well.

.

Now to the meat of it all.

A month's worth of set lists, ranging from the marvelous Nerd Night to another (extra-long) stint at Club Apparition, to a pre-Valentine's Day set...whew. This will be epic.

Brace yourselves.

Here we GOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

The second part of my short story, Orphanage has been published!!! You get to see Mayra Milk's especially snarkier side.

Check it out in Underneath the Juniper Tree's Winter Issue!

Awesome artwork this time around is by the artist Luis Pinto. Again, VERY flattered to have such awesome art paired with my words.

Only one more part after this one, and I'm keeping you posted as soon as it comes out! WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Thanks so much, Underneath the Juniper Tree for taking this story in and breathing some extra life into it. And thanks to Jason Smith for providing such beautiful artwork.

There will be two more after this one, so it looks like I need to get to work! OOWWW!!!

And read the other stories in there, too! They're awesome, and not just hokey kids' stuff. Great stuff if you're into Gaiman, namely.

:)
